I tried the pickup service for the first time, they put everything but the dvd's from my order into my car. I signed off on it without opening every package, so now the error is on me. If you use the service, count each and every item. Stopped by the next day and they found the package for me. There were very nice and apologetic about it.
This store is clean and usually well stocked.
It's Walmart! You already know Walmart. This one is particularly well stocked, but also houses some interesting human specimens. Would give 4 stars if not for the ability to order online and pickup at a drive through! Best store upgrade ever!
I just used the Online order / Pickup option for the first time to send a care package to my sick daughter, I am out of state and she is local to this store. We had a slight snafu on the pickup time, but the WalMart folks were understanding and told me she could just come on up. When she got there, the process was easy and she didn't even have to get out of her car. The fella that brought her the bags was sweet and even offered a get well soon to her. Outstanding experience!
Love this Wal Mart! The staff are friendly and fast at getting you through the lines. It's always clean and comfortable.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I was in this store around 12:30 last night. After being there for about 20 minutes shopping the whole time in the home furnishing department, I was approached by two police officers. Long story short I was accused by a employee for trying to steal a T.V. I was searched, detained and threatened right in the middle of the aisle. I was not allowed to speak to the employee that accused me. The manager would not speak to me and mysteriously could not pull up the security video or contact the person that could to validate that this was not me. I have never been more humiliated. I did not even receive an apology. I will be contracting the corporate office for copies of the security footage.
