Moral to my story, is they will blow smoke up your butt to get you to sign a Sprint contract. They have shady business practices and if I could go back I would continue paying 30 dollars more a month for better service and ethical business practices.
We had some problems with our bill, because of a phone upgrade and the return of our previous phones. With an extreme balance our service had been interrupted. This is very frustrating if you rely on your phone for anything. After having difficulty navigating the automated system to get to customer service we took our problem to the store. We've had excellent service at the Glenpool location previously, so that was our store of choice for this situation. Today we got to meet Alison. She was very helpful, and went above and beyond to help us resolve our issue. After some time navigating the automated system she managed to reach a representative to help. She spent 45 minutes, and was forced to endure no fewer than 3 transfers before claiming victory on our behalf. Alison Willey was an absolute rockstar today and I am grateful for her efforts. This will continue to be my store of choice, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help with their Sprint needs.
Don't trust this company. You will be nickel and dimed for everything you own. If you like paying 7$ every time you call customer support because your service randomly went out, go to sprint. If you like being charged every time they mess up, go to sprint. If you like terrible cell service, go to sprint. Employees at this store are fine, but Sprint as a company is awful. Every good review is about how nice the salespeople are. If you like friendly people and LOVE terrible companies, go to sprint.
Amazingly friendly ppl!! They go out of their way to make you happy and get you the best deals! I actually look fwd to future business in there!! These poor guys stayed till almost 3 hours past close to make sure every last detail was accomplished and they did it with smiles on their faces! Great management..great staff!! My husband and I always do business with this store because of the helpful service and friendly staff. They do everything possible to help and are very good representatives of Sprint. They know how business is done! Special thank you too Allison for the great help today!!!
The initial experience was good. However after about 2 months I went back to the store to find out about my pay $300 that Sprint is supposed to provide for buying out my Verizon contract. They said I needed to provide them with my Verizon Bill which I went and got for them. Another month passes and still no visa card as they claimed. I went back to this store and they couldn't find my paperwork..... Now another month later I just went into the store to be told that because they gave me a credit for my old phone they don't have to pay out the Verizon contract.
