I am not one that usually gives reviews but if there was a negative star on here I would check. Horrible customer service. Ordered flowers through them for my wife's birthday and received a nice boutique that had a few dead roses and missing half the flowers I wanted. To Earl the owner, I hope that you can turn your business ethics around because you will lose what you probably worked so hard to build. Be honest, and trustworthy and deliver your promise. Customers come to you mainly for happy occasions and you ruin it by being dishonest and rude.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I wish I had read reviews prior to ordering. If I could give less than 1 star I would! I was guaranteed Friday delivery of a "Beautiful Purple Orchid" ... they called after 5 and said they couldn't make the delivery! But promised that Monday they would make the delivery.... Well, Monday came... delivery person was rude to my friend and they delivered pale pink flowers....WHAT HAPPENED TO THE BEAUTIFUL PURPLE ORCHID that I ordered and was promised!!! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NO ONE ELSE DOES! THAT IS UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY ON BROKEN PROMISES. Let me add that I have never written a bad review on anyone but this experience was ridculous!!!
Called in an order and had it delivered. Once I saw the quality and size of the arrangement I was beyond disappointed. Certainly not $63 worth. Similar bouquet sold at Walmart. Won't happen again.
