They have handled car loans and my mortgage and have always gone above and beyond. They did a great job at explaining my policies to me and the coverage I have. They are extremely involved in their community and with their customers.
I would not recommend this agency to anyone. When my rates went up significantly, I switched to a company that was cheaper. Not only did this agency fail to cancel my policies (more than once), but they continued to charge me for insurance that I had requested be canceled (more than once). I was even charged after the second time I tried to cancel and was told there would be no further charges. When I tried to get them to take the charge off, I was told they were unable to do that until "underwriting finished." They also failed to communicate with me. Multiple times I was told I would receive a call back about the approximate $500 they'd incorrectly charged me, but they never once called me back. Not only that, but one of the many times that I called them back, I was told they had called and left a voicemail for me. After verifying they had my number, and telling them I had no missed call or voicemail, the receptionist argued with me and told me she knew I received the call because she was in the room when it was made (on speakerphone, with multiple agents in the room). Whatever the truth is, it was highly unprofessional.
Marvin and his team will take great care of you. This office also really cares about the community surrounding them, which is irreplaceable!
To this day, I received a check in the mail for part of what they owe me, but no explanation or call about the remainder (despite being promised I would receive such call). The experience was a terrible one, and I would never use them again or recommend anyone else use them either.
