While Sonic has always been a place where I could go and be satisfied with the food AND the service. However, this particular location should be torn down. It took 3 separate visits just to get the order right. On top of that,the food servers (carhop) had the attitude the suggested they were annoyed at the situation as if I had came there and disrupted the finely oiled machine known as Sonic. I ordered food, nothing more,geez. After third trip to get this order correct, it was close. I know a losing battle when I'm in it. I smiled, tipped the girl (huh?), and went home to eat this meal, not because of hunger, now it was to just get rid of it. I actually love Sonic's food, folks, just not this one.
I waited almost 20 minutes for a SMALL order of chicken and a grilled cheese. The cheese inside was burnt so badly it had the texture of leather. Very upset with quality and customer service. At least the car hop was polite.
Right off the highway, could've been quicker with only 4 cars there @ 9pm
This is an excellent Sonic. Fast service and the food was great.
Food was actually good it was just the service. I sat in the drive thru for 22 min. However the young man workin since the frustration I believe and offered the best thing he could do himself and gave us a coupon and a card for a free item I believe.
