Very clean and safe storage facility
I don't do reviews but I felt compelled to do so after having taking out some built up frustration at this company's staff member. It was undeserved and most of the of the time I only speak up when something has not gone my way. But, I am terribly embarrassed for the way I treated that specific person. If you are reading this, I'm sorry and I appreciate your patience in our tense encounter.
The super nice lady that runs the place works very hard to accomodate clients that move stuff into the storage facility, even physically helping them load their stuff in and out, which is something I have never heard of in that business. I highly recommend them. The staff gets overwhelmed at times and aren't always available to answer the phone, but overall, a great experience.
Walked into this business to notify that the whole door was broke latch included. They said they would fix it when I moved out. Now they are sending me an invoice because I didn't tell them about latch missing when I did in face tell them. I even noted it because they said they didn't need to make a note of it. HORRIBLE SERVICE
The front parking lot is very cramped and hard to park in. The gate isn't big enough for 2 vehicles to pass by each other, causing possible congestion and waiting for other vehicles to go through. 2 separate doors on a 10x5 space that requires you to purchase 2 separate locks is pretty ridiculous and made loading and uploading a pain. After complaining about having to buy 2 separate locks, they did give me a free lock, though it was a cheap generic lock that I wouldn't have used if I was going to leave my belongings there for more than a few days.
